Healing Yoga Print E-mail

 

Our Healing Yoga classes are designed for beginners and all levels of yoga practice. We emphasize the healing benefits of yoga through the mindful practice of Yoga Asanas (poses), Breath Work and Releasing Techniques.  Participation in Healing Yoga class or Individual Sessions enhance the skills that can provide Focused Awareness and Stress Relief

Our 6:30  to  7:45 pm class time is no longer on the regular schedule.
